The MOXA Technical Support Certification (MTSC) system was established to guarantee that customers around the world receive the most up to date, on-time assistance with their MOXA products. All MTSC engineers are required to attend regular training sessions, led by Moxa's own technical support experts, and must pass a rigorous battery of tests before being awarded the MTSC seal of approval.

MOXA provides two different MTSC certifications. One certification of for Industrial Device Networking (embedded computers, serial-to-Ethernet products, wireless Ethernet products, multiport serial boards, media converters, USB-to-serial hubs, remote I/O servers), and the other certification is for Industrial Ethernet (indusdtrial Ethernet switches, industrial video servers, serial-to-fiber converters).
